Private yoga sessions are $110 for the hour, for the first 5 students.
For groups of 6 or more, the rate becomes $25 per person.

* All Fixed Class Packages can be made into sharable Family Packs at no extra charge.  Just let us know when you buy the package and we'll set it up for you. Not available for Unlimited packages.

* If your fixed class yoga package expires with classes remaining, we will be happy to roll the unused classes over to your new package.

If you're planning to attend any of our regularly scheduled classes, there is no need to call ahead for a reservation. Simply plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your first visit to sign in and get acquainted with the studio. Please arrive before the class time listed, as all classed begin promptly at the scheduled time, and the door will usually be locked for the duration of class.


To make it easier for our students to find the right level for their practice, we have simplified the names of our Vinyasa classes. Classes below are listed from most gentle to most vigorous. Please honor your level.

Restorative: Let the stress of the week go in this deeply relaxing class where props are used to support the body in yoga postures while you melt into bliss.

Yin Yoga: Take the stretch to your connective tissue in this class and discover a new range of flexibility. This gentle class is perfect for everyone with longer held postures and a practice that brings you back to stillness.

Gentle Yoga: Melt into relaxation with this slow paced class based on gentle stretches and postures accessible for all body types and ages.

Vinyasa Classes: Liberation Yoga's main classes are based in the Vinyasa style of yoga. These vigorous, flowing classes focus on graceful transitions between postures, linking the movement to the breath:

Vinyasa Level 1: For new yogis or those returning to the practice, Level 1 emphasizes proper alignment of the key postures, developing body awareness, increasing strength and flexibility, and cultivating confidence in your practice.

Vinyasa Level 2: Moving at a faster pace, Level 2 is perfect for advanced beginners and up. These active classes introduce more complex postures and variations to match your body's increasing strength and flexibility. Discover new ways to challenge yourself and keep your practice growing.

Vinyasa Level 3: The experienced yogi will find what they crave here: inversions, arm balances, binds, and lots of fun and challenging surprises in every class.

Specialty Classes: Liberation Yoga is happy to offer classes targeted to specific groups.  These are in addition to our weekly schedule and each class has a varied cost. We may only schedule these for a limited time, but as long as we have an audience for them, we will do our best to keep them around!

Pre-Natal: This class is dedicated to the needs of pregnant women. Increase flexibility, strength, circulation, and balance. Decrease swelling, anxiety, back and leg pain, and insomnia. Adapt gracefully to your changing body and connect with other expecting mothers to form a community of support during this time of transformation.  

Chair Yoga: Chair yoga is designed to make yoga available to everyone. No matter what your age or condition, you can experience the many benefits yoga has to offer, all from the seat of your chair! Not simply for seniors, yogis from all walks of life can discover what chair yoga can do for their physical, mental and spiritual health. Getting fit while you sit has never been easier! Cost: $14
