During their initial consultation, clients will learn their Ayurvedic dosha (primary characteristics) and discover key elements to their natural mind-body energetic constitution. A thorough look into past and present choices will allow for a structured idea as to how each client's individual system is programmed: temperament, attitude, the tendency for recurring sickness, natural cravings, etc.

Kristine's own Ayurvedic journey began when, as a diabetic, she realized she was becoming a slave to her insulin shots, and was developing an unbalanced reliance on traditional Western medicine. Always harboring a passion for food, recipes and cookbooks - which she reads like novels, Kristine set herself on a path to learning how she could live a more balanced and healthier life, letting her fascination with how certain foods effect our bodies lead her forward.
After incorporating small changes into her diet and daily life, according to the Ayurvedic principles, Kristine noticed significant improvements to her health: vitality, strength and a newfound sense of empowerment. Studying under the teachings of Maya Twiari, Vasant Lad, David Frawly and Dr. Scott Gerson, Kristine became an Ayurvedic Life-Style consultant, in order to bring her passion for this Science of Vitality to others.
